CBTF has requested any Agenda items for the fall Board of Director meeting be submitted on or before Friday July 30th.

Please ensure that your submissions are detailed enough so that other members receiving the agenda have something on which to base their initial discussions.

Submissions should include:
-the discussion topic
-background information
-potential solutions or outcomesPlease note that questions submitted as agenda items will not be included on the agenda.

Take the time to discuss submissions within your province so that you are able to formulate the topic, background information, and potential solutions or outcomes.
All of our meetings will take place over Zoom, and are scheduled as follows:
Joint Board & Tech – Sunday Sept 12/21
Annual AGM – Saturday Sept 18/21
Executive Meeting – Saturday Sept 18/21

Board of Directors Meeting – Saturday Sept 18 & 19/21
